This year’s must-attend event is taking place at the breathtaking Loews Coronado Bay Resort on Thursday, September 17 from 6-9 p.m. You won’t want to miss it!
The night kicks off with cocktails and appetizers, including a risotto bar, on a terrace overlooking the bay from 6-7 p.m. Dinner and the awards ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. Dress is business attire.
Want to spend the night at Loews Coronado Bay Resort following the ceremony? Loews is offering PRSA Bernays Award attendees an incredible deal with a discounted room rate of $99. Space is limited - first come, first served. Also available for event attendees is a $75 Swedish massage (normally $140). Contact Anne Stephany to reserve your room or book your massage.
First Course: Chino Farm Greens, Grapefruit and Avocado Salad, Citrus Vinaigrette
Entrée: Petite Tenderloin and Dungeness Crab Cake with Seasonal Vegetables and Garlic Mashed Potato
Vegetarian Option: Butternut Squash Ravioli
Dessert: Chocolate Tarte with Peanut Butter Gelato
Directions from 5 North or South:
- Exit onto the Coronado Bay Bridge (California State Highway 75).
- Cross bridge.
- Proceed to Orange Avenue and turn left.
- Continue through the village of Coronado and past the US Naval Amphibious Base. (Orange Avenue turns into Silver Strand Highway 75.)
- The resort is approximately 3.5 miles south of the Base across from Silver Strand State Beach.
- Turn left at the light onto Loews Coronado Bay Road and proceed through the gates to the resort. Take a ticket at the guard station.
Parking: Please feel free to valet or self park. Self parking is available along the causeway when you first arrive, or underground past the entrance to the resort, throughout Buildings 1-4. To expedite your departure, please validate your ticket at the Parking Table during the 6 to 7 p.m. reception. Cost $7 for self parking or $12 for valet. Cash only please.
